now has some very good rates for web-conferencing!

To all:

The purpose of this message is to make you all aware of an iLinc Web
Conferencing Seminar that iLinc will hold online on January 12, 2010.
iLinc will conduct the "virtual" training seminar utilizing the iLinc
Web Conferencing system (no travel to a meeting location required).  We
encourage you to forward this invitation to your staff and colleagues.
Your participation in the seminar will help to increase our collective
knowledge of how to better utilize web conferencing to increase
efficiency and reduce costs associated with meetings, training, etc.
over time.

Background

On November 13, 2009, the DAS Enterprise Information Strategy and Policy
Division, DAS State Procurement Office and the DAS Human Resource
Services Division iLearn Oregon team hosted an informational forum
concerning the purpose, use and vision of the new iLinc Web Conferencing
Price Agreement #9782 (effective October 1, 2009).  The price agreement
is open to state and local government organizations, i.e., Oregon
Cooperative Purchasing Program participants, according to the
procurement workflows outlined in the agreement.  For more information

video and audio conferencing software via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
rental model, or a traditional software purchase model with the option
of hosting by iLinc or an on-premise installation.
