 *   Funding Status.  Wave 25 for FY 2010 and Wave 72 for FY 2009 will be released this week.  Through two quarters, USAC reports that $250 million is available for roll-over into FY 2011.
 *   FCC E-Rate Order – SPIN Changes.  The new FCC E-rate rules tighten the conditions for permissible operational SPIN changes.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Ironically, given recent rule changes, the FCC began seeking donations for its new Technology Experience Center and USAC posted a bid for Cisco SMARTnet renewals.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated November 5.  This week's News Brief reviews entity numbers — what they are, how to get them, and how to correct them.
