  *   Funding Status.  The SLD announced that the FY 2013 application window will run from December 12 to March 14. No regular funding waves are scheduled for this Thanksgiving week.
  *   SLD Fall Training - Changes and Corrections. This is the final article is in a series reviewing presentations from the SLD's fall training workshops.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders. The FCC released a short FAQ on CIPA training requirements and one case-specific appeal.  The SLD provided additional informal guidance on Web hosting eligibility, and acknowledged problems with its 2-in-5 Tool.

*         Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated November 16.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the relationship between an applicant's technology plan and Form 470.
