  *   Funding Status.  The SLD announced that the FY 2013 application window will run from December 12 to March 14.  Funding waves for FY 2011 and FY 2012 are scheduled for this week.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders. The FCC released three more appeal decisions last week.  The SLD did not issue a News Brief for the Thanksgiving week.  Regional NYS E-rate training is underway.
