[gis_info] Portland Dev Meet up Dec 9th at Portland Hilton

Hey all,

ESRI has hosted a couple of these around the country and they were very well
received and attended.    This is a great way to meet other developers and
geogeeks from around the area.  The event is being held at the Hilton
downtown on the evening of Dec 9th.   Vittles will be provided.
