[gis_info] Revisions to the Oregon Fish Passage Barrier Data Standard

The Oregon Fish Passage Barrier Data Standard is undergoing minor
revisions and the Workgroup invites your review. This Standard is
following the minor amendment process and is now at step 3. The comment
period will be open for 30 days and closes November 15th, 2010.
