GIS Manager - Overall responsibility for the company's GIS services;
independently directs and implements management goals and objectives to
specific projects; defines project requirements, manages project staff,
communicates directly and effectively with clients, directs and
participates in the accomplishment of project deliverables, and manages
project scope and resources. Some travel required. 

Requires: BA/BS in GIS, Computer Science or related field; 5 years
experience in project management and Esri software, including ArcGIS;
strong written and oral communication skills. Desirable: experience with
ArcServer, ArcSDE or AutoCAD.

GIS Specialist - Provides advanced technical GIS skills to the company,
clients, management, and other technical staff. Applies GIS technology
to produce and develop GIS applications and databases; concentrates on
complex problems requiring specialization; applies multiple programming
languages; trains others; and develops productivity enhancing
techniques. 

Requires: BA/BS in GIS, Computer Science or related field; 2 years
demonstrated proficiency with ArcGIS, ArcReader, ArcPublisher and
related software such as ArcSDE w/SQL Server. Desirable: Skilled at
programming in more than one programming language for GIS such as
VB/VBA, .NET, etc.

GIS Addressing Specialist - With general supervision this position
provides overall coordination for the Company's address-based systems
including GIS and Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) data. Responsible
for technically detailed work involving the correlation and maintenance
of various computer files in the 9-1-1 and telephone database systems,
and proprietary software systems. Interprets incoming documents from a
variety of sources including maps and address information; conducts
visual verification from maps and/or computer files, and updates the
databases as necessary. Works with limited supervision and must
demonstrate a high degree of initiative and individual judgment. Other
administrative and GIS duties will be performed as assigned. 

Requires: 2 years successful experience involving addressing and a
minimum of 1 year using Esri software, including ArcGIS; strong written
and oral communication skills. Desirable: familiarity with database
management systems.
