Portland Public Schools has an immediate opening for a part-time GIS
project specialist.  A well-qualified applicant will have:

*	Work history using ArcGIS 9 or 10 and Adobe Illustrator to
create presentation-quality maps 
*	Experience managing files and geodatabases using ArcCatelog  
*	Programming/editing experience with ArcMap or comparable
software 
*	Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision 
*	Prior experience incorporating GIS in a public participation
process preferable 

Approximately 25 hours per week (flexible) through the end of 2011, with
possible extension into 2012.  Rate:  16.50 - $18.00 per hour, depending
on experience.
