[gis_info] Fw: Lane CC GIS Lab - seeking advice

  The admin requirement is a little fuzzier than that. Beyond
installation, advanced setting,  and license administration, ArcGIS
runs just fine with non-admin users. We have numerous employees
lacking administrative access, per our house policy.
