Greetings from the Intermountain GIS Conference Committee,
This is a reminder that the Montana Association of Geographic Information Professionals (MAGIP) would like to invite you to participate in/attend the 2012 Intermountain GIS Users' Conference<http://magip.org/Intermountain> to be held at the Red Lion Hotel in Kalispell, MT, April 16th - 20th, 2012. The conference will include workshops, presentations and poster tracks, featured speakers, an awards banquet and a public night - all designed to increase your GIS Knowledge. Our current tracks include: Tribal GIS, Societal GIS, MSDI, Local Government, Education, Health, Natural Resources, Mobile Applications, Utilities and Services, and more!
The Call for Papers & Posters<http://magip.org/IntermountainPapers> is out.  The deadline for paper submission is February 1st, 2012, so get your abstract in today! Also, please see the conference website for the Call for Workshops.<http://magip.org/IntermountainWorkshops>
Lastly, we are offering Special Interest Groups (i.e. metadata, local government, hydrography, etc.) a room at the conference facility in which to conduct meetings in. Please contact Lee Macholz at magip.mt at gmail.com<mailto:magip.mt at gmail.com> by February 15th, 2012 if you would like to hold a meeting so we can be sure to reserve a room for you.
