[gis_info] Corvallis OpenStreetMap meeting reminder

I will open the meeting with some general OSM info.

Brian Hartman (aka Mapjunkie on OpenStreetMap) has volunteered to give a
talk on his workflow using a mobile device + the web editor.

We'd like to get a full-fledged OpenStreetMap party going and this is prep
for that.

Bring your laptop and we can try out what we learn.
