[gis_info] Washington and Multnomah county boundary changes

I am passing along a message from Zac Christensen, GIS Operations Supervisor, Metro - Data Resource Center:

Greetings,
As you may have heard there has been a change in the Washington and Multnomah county boundary effective on January 1st, 2014. Locally the affected area is called Area 93 and more details can be found here. http://www.co.washington.or.us/LUT/News/historic-agreement-reached-to-change-washington-multnomah-county-boundary.cfm

The latest county boundary lines for the affected county's are available for download on the RLIS Discovery website.

The Oregon county boundary dataset, within the Administrative Boundary FIT will be updated to reflect these changes.  Other vertical integration issues will be assessed as well.
