For those of you involved in your 911 activities and who like reading standards, you may want to take a crack at NENA Standards for the Provisioning and Maintenance of GIS data to ECRF/LVF available here for public comment. You can “add a comment” from that page (light text, just above the bold “Document Details” on the left side of the webpage). Comments are accepted through January 16, 2014.
