[gis_info] state ftp down

Hi,
Is there a known problem with the state GEO site's FTP?

My students are trying to download data from various ftp sites on
http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CIO/GEO and we are all getting timeout
errors.

I don't see anything on the website about this problem.
