The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) is recruiting for one permanent Operations & Policy Analyst 3 (Information Management Project Coordinator).
The purpose of this position is to coordinate information management and modernization projects. It is responsible for analyzing technology needs, coordinate internal and external resources to plan for and implement new tools within the department.  This position facilitates workgroup sessions with internal and external stakeholders, works with department specialists in the implementation of revised and/or development of new databases, online web applications, records management tools, or other systems for the purpose of improving the department's use of technology resources.
This position is full time and based out of our Salem office, however the department may be able to accommodate a flexible full time work schedule and/or telework arrangements by mutual agreement. This position is represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) union.
