It seems that taken to extreme the wording might apply to census data?
 I'll check with my contact at the census to see if he's heard
anything.

I see that HUD has an ArcGIS server with data about the AFFH program.
https://egis.hud.gov/arcgis/rest/services/affh

No doubt that data would disappear if this bill becomes law.
