[gis_info] ArcGIS Server Geoprocessing Patch

For those of you that have ArcGIS Server and have updated your Windows Servers recently due to the security patches, there is a new patch available. We were running into an issue to where we couldn't publish any services and that pertained to a recent Microsoft Update.
