The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR)  is looking for a GIS analyst that can use GIS technologies independently to design, plan and conduct GIS programming, database and analysis projects.  The applicant is expected to serve as a technical resource for GIS programming and should be able to develop and maintain applications written in C#, Python, and JavaScript. The applicant should have experience with ESRI software to perform GIS based analysis and present data in graphic form as well as be able to prepare technical documentation and reports.  The analyst should be able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge through innovative solutions.  The job is located in Boise, Idaho at the IDWR state office.
