[gis_info] Introduction to GIS for Equity & Social Justice - two October Sessions

Since May 2019 King County's half-day GIS for Equity & Social Justice workshop has been offered 11 times to more than 250 students.

We have two sessions coming up in October:

The October 14 session is new - added as part of the NWGIS Conference, but open to anyone.
The October 22 session is filling up fast, but there are still seats available.
