[gis_info] fire and smoke monitoring via interactive satellite data loops

Really good interactive satellite imagery tool here - Bert Granberg shared this recently, credit to him. Some good channels for monitoring the fires and smoke patterns thanks to NOAA RAMMB and Colorado State and others.

Then use the left side controls to change the loop specs.
