Hi Adrienne *
Actually attaching the program for what I will be teaching in Portland
(and Bellevue, WA).  You may have seen some of my company*s CECH
announcements that we send bi-annually to CHES across the country. We
host several food, nutrition, health focused small group experiential
learning workshops across the country. 
The workshop in Portland is on Weds March 16th * Edible Education to
Nourish the Nation- A Cooking and Applied-Nutrition Workshop for
Professionals Who Advise Americans About Food:      CECH 6 (Level 1).
