Hey Sara,
I'm wondering if you would be willing to push this language out to your list serv?
My name is Karri and I am currently the President of the Portland State University & Oregon Health & Science University Institute for Healthcare Improvement Open School Chapter, which is a program facilitated by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), a non-profit organization that works to improve health care by engaging learners through quality networks, free-online curriculum, and experiential learning.
We are rescheduling our QI Inititatives Fair which was cancelled in November due to the ice. We are looking for quality improvement folks who might be willing to showcase quality improvement projects that have been implemented in Oregon at the Local & Region Quality Improvement Initiatives Fair that is being held on January 21st from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Portland State University.
This fair, which is being put on by students in the local IHI Open School Chapter, is a unique opportunity for students and community members to learn about quality improvement projects happening within our community. It is also an opportunity for organizations to network with potential employees and/or field placements.
If you can think of any of your contacts who might be interested in this opportunity, I would really appreciate your help. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Karri,
Thank you for the update. This date and time works much better for OPHA! We will have a number of OPHA leaders and representatives at the event.
Please send any additional instructions and details regarding location to everyone on this email chain.
Thanks!
Sara

I am reaching out to reschedule your attendance at the QI Inititatives Fair in the hopes that you may will still be able to attend, and possibly connect me with any quality improvement folks who might be willing to showcase quality improvement projects that have been implemented in Oregon at the Local & Region Quality Improvement Initiatives Fair that is being held on January 23rd from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Portland State University. We already have a table reserved for your organization, and would appreciate if you can forward this information to any organization which you think would be interested in showcasing their work.
