Health Promotion Manager - The University of Oregon Health Center (UHC) invites applications for a Health Promotion Manager. The UHC is a nationally accredited (AAAHC) outpatient clinic providing primary care to students. The Health Promotion Manager is responsible for directing the overall operations of the Health Promotion Department. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of department programming and policies/procedures in support of the UHC mission. This includes: evaluating and supporting staff development; managing a fiscally responsible department budget; advocating for policies and a built environment that address campus and community health; coordinating UHC outreach and marketing initiatives; evaluating campus outreach effectiveness; assessing student learning outcomes and program; implementing and responding to quality improvement studies; and other functions as necessary. Reports to the Director of Ancillary Services and serves as a member on the Management Team. Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in public health, health promotion, health education, health policy or related health field; minimum of two years' experience working within a higher education environment; minimum of one year experience working in a campus-based health center; experience in a lead or supervisory role; experience leading outreach initiatives. The successful candidate will support and enhance a diverse learning and working environment.
