The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Community Partnership Program is pleased to announce that the latest funding cycle is now open. Proposals will be accepted for projects that aim to address local, community-specific cancer-related needs in Oregon. In addition to funds, grantees gain access to trainings, technical assistance and networking opportunities to enhance project success.

  *   Intent to apply forms are due at noon on February 8, 2017.
  *   Full proposals are due at noon on March 8, 2017.

Grants are available in three tiers<http://acmail.ohsu.edu/lt.php?c=15081&m=19993&nl=1617&s=7461d3634fa7c72da77e2a203596e911&lid=255102&l=-http--www.ohsu.edu/xd/health/services/cancer/outreach-programs/community-grants/grant-tiers.cfm>: early stage (Tier 1) grants of up to $10,000, developmental (Tier 2) grants of up to $25,000 and program advancement (Tier 3) grants of up to $50,000. The multiple tiers of funding offer a method for organizations to take an initial idea and move through the funding tiers to develop a sustainable program.



Continued focus on addressing cancer-related health disparities
Proposals that address cancer-related health disparities, including disparities related to race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, geographic location and disability continue to be highly encouraged.
