[HealthyTribes] Siletz tobacco use policy

Hi Everyone,
As was mentioned last week during the Grantee and Contractors Meeting, Lindy Taylor sent Siletz's tobacco use policy which includes the new employee conduct policy on alcohol and tobacco use. Lindy mentioned that, as of right now, they do not have any designated tobacco use/smoking areas, though the policy does allow for tobacco use in these areas.
