This is a reminder that beginning in September The Oregon Health Authority and Department of Human Services (OHA/DHS) will begin a new evidence-based self-management webinar series.

The first webinar will be held September 7 on the Arthritis Foundation's Walk With Ease Program, a new evidence-based program from the Arthritis Foundation. Walk With Ease is a community-based physical activity and self-management education program.  There are no licensing costs to offer the program and training is currently partially subsidized by a scholarship  Register by using the REGISTER NOW button provided below.

Walk With Ease is a community-based physical activity and self-management program developed by the Arthritis Foundation. Learn more about the WWE as well as the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP).
