Congratulations to Steven Blakesley in Clatsop for the attached op-ed about the Oregon Tobacco Quit Line and new year resolutions in the Cannon Beach Gazette. By the way, Steven assures us he hasn't suddenly started listening to rap ... Of course, not that there's anything wrong with that.
