[HealthyTribes] Feedback Requested: Place Matters 2018 Breakout Sessions

The Oregon Place Matters Conference is a biennial opportunity for people who care about health to gain new insights, skills and connections to help address the leading preventable causes of death in Oregon: excessive alcohol use, tobacco, poor nutrition, and physical inactivity.

HPCDP staff are in the process of building an agenda for the 2018 Place Matters Conference. We have compiled a draft of breakout session topics and learning objectives designed to address needs and highlight opportunities relevant to your work and the work of other community partners.  We are seeking volunteers to review the proposed sessions, provide feedback on areas of interest or need for technical support that might be missing, and suggest potential panels or speakers, if appropriate.

HPCDP will host a webinar at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 15 to review draft breakout sessions and answer any clarifying questions you may have.
