There is a list of cemeteries registered with the Oregon Commission on Historic Cemeteries at http://www.oregon.gov/OPRD/HCD/OCHC/cemetery_survey_info.shtml<http://www.oregon.gov/OPRD/HCD/OCHC/cemetery_survey_info.shtml> By county, the names of the cemeteries and the city they are closest to are listed.
In addition, you may want to consult the Oregon Burial Site Guide, which was compiled by Dean Byrd, Stanley Clarke and Janice Healy. It's often referred to as the big blue book.

How can I find a list of all the historic cemeteries in Oregon? It would be very interesting to go around and visit some of them.
I didn't know until this week that St Louis cemetery the mother of the first white child born in Oregon was buried there. There is so much history out there.

Hi Kuri:
I really thought the conversation regarding the disinterment question was valuable for me as sexton of the cemetery.
I print the information from most of the conversations and file, just in case I need to refer to them later or someone asks a question. I was glad to see a price for a disinterment.
I hope you were able to tour the cemetery with Denny and John yesterday.
