[Libs-Or] The PLD election results are final!

Thanks to the 91 PLD members who took time to vote our election is over.
Todd will be Chair Elect (and Chair in fall 2009), Stephen will serve as
our Secretary and Reita and Colleen will fill our Director at Large
positions 3 and 4 respectively starting with our first meeting this
fall.  I have every confidence they will do an excellent job.  I am sure
the rest of the PLD board joins me in welcoming our new members!  We
look forward to working with you all. Cu.
