[Libs-Or] religious tracts

A gentleman asked if he could leave is religious tract bookmarks in a conspicuous spot in the library.  My basic thought was, No; and so was that of the library board.   

I asked our City Administrator what to do.  He wondered if we had a policy regarding our information rack.  No, we don't.  So what I would like, is to find out if your library does, and if we have your permission to use it, with wording to fit our situation.  

If you have an information rack or bulletin board policy that you can share, please send it my way.
