[Libs-Or] NWCentral seeks volunteer Content Editors

Northwest Central ( http://www.nwcentral.org ) is a community-driven clearinghouse for library continuing education serving Oregon, Washington and beyond.  The hosting and administration of the site is provided by PCC Library, but the wonderful content in the NWCentral Events Calendar, Resources database, Speakers Bureau, and blogs is provided directly by the members of the library community.

NWCentral is seeking volunteer Content Editors to provide 2-3 hours a month assisting with the site. Responsibilities will include:
*reviewing the Events Calendar and other parts of the site to ensure that content is displaying correctly;
*posting content selected by members of the NWCentral Advisory Group;
*posting content you find yourself to enhance the site, if you wish.

Benefits of this volunteer work will include:
*becoming familiar with the wealth of continuing education resources on NWCentral;
*learning more about Drupal, the open source content management system used by NWCentral;
*supporting our library community through your service to community-driven library continuing education!
