[Libs-Or] coffee carts

I am looking for information about coffee carts in libraries. I tried
to think of the obvious questions, though am sure that more will come
up.

Will those who offer a coffee cart, please tell us the pros and cons
of having a coffee cart.
Who is responsible for the area?
Who is responsible for supplies?
What are your policies?
How much do you charge for a cup?
What do you do about spills on carpets?
