[Libs-Or] Red Flags Rule

[BJ Toewe]

Has any library already created an identity theft policy to cover the Red Flags Rule?  It looks as if the acceptance of credit cards, especially via the Internet, will qualify a Library to fit within the guidelines developed by the FTC.  If your library has created a policy, would you be willing to share it?
