[Libs-Or] Charging for Interlibrary loans

We are considering charging our patrons a fee to borrow materials
through our Interlibrary Loan program.  I'd like to hear from libraries
who charge for this service. How much do you charge and what impact has
this had on your service. Have you set any limits on the number of items
a patron can borrow on ILL at a time?  Or have you limited the formats
of materials that you are willing to borrow.  Any related information
would be appreciated.

We are anticipating some budget reductions next fiscal year and are
exploring new revenue options.  Thanks for any input.
