Mary,
 
We charge a $3.00 fee per item for interlibrary loans.  We do not limit the number of items a patron can borrow on ILL, however the number of requests we receive from our patrons is relatively low (7-10 a month on average.)  We do not limit the formats of materials-however we do let patrons know that many libraries (such as ourselves) will not lend items new to the library, DVD's, Talking books, and Reference materials.
