John Windhausen, consultant to ALA’s Washington Office and president of
Telepoly, and Christopher Mclean, Principal of e-Copernicus and former
Administrator of the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), will provide more in

stimulus programs at the Departments of Commerce and Agriculture.  Included
