I would like to thank the ALA Executive board and Council for the 
amazing support you all gave LAD and the rally.

 

We ended up having 1600 librarians register and an additional 400 
participants, for 2,000 people rallying at Upper Senate Park.  They were 
joined by 1061 who participated virtually by sending LAD messages to 
Congress.
