The University of Portland has an opening for a half time Circulation Weekend Supervisor.
The Weekend Circulation Supervisor manages all functions of the Circulation Unit Thursday - Saturday as well as issues with the building itself including:

*         directly supervising 3-4 student workers in Circulation each hour and monitoring the activities of other service desks.

*         handling all training of new students on the evening shift; overseeing stacks maintenance activities

*         taking the lead in monitoring quality control in the patron database

*         assisting in preparing documentation/training materials
