OREGON STATE LIBRARY BOARD MEETING PRESS RELEASE & AGENDA

The Oregon State Library Board of Trustees will meet at Vancouver Community Library, 901 C Street, Vancouver, WA on April 24, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sam Hall of Salem will chair the meeting. 

At the meeting on April 24th, the Board will hear a report from the Oregon Library Association. They will also discuss the change to the Board bylaws relating to the selection of Government Research Services (GRS) Advisory Council members, an update on the progress of the OSL Reorganization Steering Committee, and a report about the annual assessment of Key Performance Measure #15, regarding Board best practices.  An open forum is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Anyone may address the Board on any topic at the Open Forum.

Sign language interpretation will be provided for the public if requested prior to 48 hours before the meeting; notice prior to 72 hours before the meeting is preferred.  Handouts of meeting materials may also be requested in alternate formats prior to 72 hours before the meeting.  Requests may be made to Jessica Rondema at (503)378-2464.
