[Libs-Or] Suspected elder abuse reporting policy

Hi everyone,

In the conversation we had on this listserv regarding mandatory child 
abuse reporting, we also spoke a bit about mandatory elder abuse 
reporting, for which many of us may be responsible. I've attached the 
policy our Board just approved, in case it's helpful to anyway. 
Importantly, unlike child abuse reporting, elder abuse reporting is a 
"while in the course of your duties" responsibility.
