[Libs-Or] volunteers

We have a lot of volunteers, but they never work when there isn't a paid staff person here.

Hello,
Do any of you have volunteers working without a paid librarian? Do you know of libraries that are all volunteers? My City Administrator is concerned about volunteers working alone at the library.
