Hello Libs-OR,

Attached you will find the LSTA-funded report Reaching Spanish-language
Speakers Outside of the Library, the consultant's narrative of the findings
of a series of focus groups and surveys to determine the needs of Spanish
speakers in three Oregon communities.

Partial findings of this study were previously presented by former
Statewide Digital Reference Service Coordinator Caleb Tucker-Raymond and
consultant Yolanda Cuesta at the 2012 OLA Conference in the session Reaching
SpanishSpeaking Patrons Online
<http://nwcentral.org/reaching-spanish-speaking-patrons-online-ola-2012>.

A big thank you to all who worked on gathering the data for this report.

Please let me know if you have any questions,
