[Libs-Or] Small card catalog for OLA?

Do any of your libraries have one of the small (  ½ or ¼ size ) wooden card catalogs they might be willing to donate to the OLA Time Capsule committee?  We're hoping to use it as the container for the time capsule that will be opened 25 years from now.
Here's a picture example of what I'm looking for but if you have a great something similar we'd be interested!
