The Tualatin Public Library is seeking a full time Library Assistant for Account Services who enjoys working with the public and delivering excellent customer service. This position reports to the Account Services Supervisor, working 40 hours a week including one evening and one weekend day each week. The Library Assistant performs a variety of duties including the following at the Account Services desk: register new patrons, inform them of any problems on their accounts, resolve basic patron account issues, collect fines and fees and check out items. Other duties that may be assigned include sorting, checking in items, shelving, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing accurate reports. Please consider joining our excellent team.
