[Libs-Or] Earthquake preparedness: The Great Oregon Shakeout, October 15

The OLA Preservation Round Table encourages everyone and every library to
consider registering for and participating in the Great Oregon Shakeout!
Taking place on October 15, at 10:15 a.m., practice "Drop, Cover and Hold
On" the appropriate action to reduce injury and death during earthquakes
according to emergency management experts.
