Geeking Out) is an exploratory learning approach that has been used successfully to engage youth. The Howard County Library System's HiTech Digital Media Lab applies innovative teaching methods based on HOMAGO, demonstrating that teens learn most effectively through hands-on projects and peer-to-peer communications.
