[Libs-Or] Meeting room insurance

Thanks for the reminder about the Oregon Public Library Standards.  I sent
that information along with a note to the key people at. SDAO expressing my
dismay that after all of my years of working with them they still know so
little about libraries.  I also let them know that meeting rooms have been
an important part of library service.
