[Libs-Or] Emotional Labor and Mental Load Survey

Hello Library Folk in Oregon,

For OLA this year Kirsten Brodbeck-Kenney and I are doing a presentation on Emotional Labor and Mental Load in Librarianship. We're currently looking for some personal experiences from librarians and library workers around the state on the impact of both emotional labor <https://study.com/academy/lesson/emotional-labor-arlie-hochschilds-definition-theories.html> and mental load <http://www.abc.net.au/news/health/2017-09-14/the-mental-load-and-what-to-do-about-it/8942032> in library work. We're also looking for stories of resilience building on an organizational level.
