[Libs-Or] Guidelines for homebound delivery volunteers?

Thank you, Penny. You are such a great volunteer and advocate for our
program!
Christie, I'd be happy to share information about our volunteer delivery
program with you. We have some Do's and Don'ts, a Vulnerable Population
Policy, some information about identifying and reporting elder abuse, etc.,
all as part of our training. And, as Penny mentioned, we require background
checks and drivers license checks for all volunteers on our program.
